TWC was pleased to receive donations from 26 Alaskans totaling $1,100 from this year's Pick.Click.Give Charitable Contributions.  The program, initiated and supported in 2008 by local Representative Bill Thomas, allows Alaska permanent residents to donate a portion of their PFD payment to qualified non-profit organizations when they apply for their Permanent Fund Dividend.  The cash received by TWC will be used to help pay for the Sawmill Creek Outdoor Education Lab land payment.  TWC is eligible to receive donations again in 2011 via the Pick.Click.Give program.  Learn more about Pick.Click.Give at their website and the Sawmill Creek Outdoor Education Lab on our Programs page.
